My dog is rescuing and scared of many things. To make matters worse, he knows how to remove the collar. I stopped taking it with me very often because I was afraid it might slip off the collar and get lost or moved. Decided to try this collar and it worked so well. He has tried to break out of it and rejects this tactic as it NEVER works! The collar must have a clip so you can open it fully and put it on the dog, and not try to put the collar on the dog's head. If you do, it needs to be adjusted after you put it on your dog's head. This collar takes care of that.
