Nice SFX PSU with an annoying problem

Just got mine and it runs an overclocked Zen3 5950 and rtx3090 with 2 D5 pumps and 9 fans. The problem I have is the fan, 80% of the time it's off and runs perfectly, everything is quiet BUT when it spins it immediately spins up to 100% and makes a loud "WOOSH/Zoom" -Noise. It's annoying as hell. EVGA I encourage you to specify the fan start curve for this fan, it shouldn't accelerate to 100% in 1 second, it should take 3-5 seconds to avoid that horrible whistling noise. I'll probably be returning mine due to this issue.
