So it's like my fault - you know how Amazon shows pictures of recently purchased items? Well I thought it was my regular conditioner. Appeared quickly, but the bottle is smaller. I tried uploading a return label and the option was exchange only. Okay, what the heck, I'll use that and order my contingent next time. What is this Kendra conditioner? Not at all my usual and lame!
