This is amazing. I use them to store my childhood art supplies: markers, crayons, stickers, note cards, pencils, erasers. My kids (2.5 and 4.5 years old) can easily get a bin and use it without making much mess. You can also pick up their clutter and clean up with them easily. I first bought a couple of similar containers at my local craft store, but they had a different plastic clasp (a clasp in the middle) which was very difficult for me to open and impossible for my kids to open. They have two latches on the outside front and are much easier to open and close. I LOVE that you can see what's inside. They're also handy for car rides or just picnics. If I know that I have to keep the children busy with errands or visiting the doctor, I can take two cans of colored pencils and two coloring books with me, for example. Keeps kids busy and messy. Win, win. I also use them to hold markers, markers, small greeting cards, etc.
