I have bought toner from this brand and found print quality comparable to Brother toner. I was a little apprehensive about changing the chip, but they include the required screwdriver and it was extremely easy. I'm ready to replace my second toner cartridge and will order again when I've used them all. I am particularly pleased with the two black toners as I use them more often than the color toners. Update: After using these toner cartridges for a few months, I'm having an issue with magenta and cyan toner specks on documents. It looks like too much toner came out because I wiped it off the bottom tray. Due to the poor condition, I cannot send these documents to anyone. Black and yellow work well. I have contacted the seller to see if there is anything that can be done. Upon receipt of their information will be updated. October update: The seller sent a new magenta-cyan cartridge. Replaced the ones that soiled the side and all went well. After a few weeks of some color printing, I don't see magenta spots on every document, but I do see some. I can't recommend them more as they seem to have quality issues. No problems with black and yellow toner. Magenta spots appear on the left side of the page, while cyan spots appear on the right edge.
