I would like to start by saying that although I have had some issues with this product I have not attempted to contact the seller regarding the issues I had. I may have received a defective product but I feel for the price I paid I should have tried to fix it myself rather than getting another lever from the seller with possibly the same issues. My first issue was that the lever had several flaws right out of the box. A few scratches on the black plastic around the lever spring housing and even one on the lever itself. The next issue was the fit of the brake lever. I was able to secure it, but the lever slightly pressed on the main front brake. I don't know if that was enough to cause problems (probably front brake lock-up), but I didn't want to find out from personal experience, so I sharpened the part that touches the brake master a bit. The other part I had to sand was the area that was clamped into the bar. It was slightly wider and would snag at the attachment point when tightened. The last was the clutch. Aside from needing shims to get in place at the mounting point, I also had to remove the perch a bit as it was touching the mounting point and not fully returning. Those issues aside, it's quite well made for the price and a good alternative for people who don't want to spend more than double the Zeta.
