I bought this scale to replace another Taylor scale that broke after a few years of use. This worked for a few days but gave me a different weight each time I stepped on it for the same 5 minutes. I usually step on the scale twice to give the weight time to calibrate, but I stepped on this scale the third time and saw that it was different than the first and second time. And after a few days it stopped working at all! These are not batteries. I pushed the button on the bottom of the scale and they turned it on, but then they showed me it was about 30 pounds more than my actual weight. When I step on it again it just doesn't work anymore. Too bad I didn't keep the box and packaging because then I could have sent it back. It's just $ down the drain. I will never buy a scale online again.
