Used for "extension " safety chain F150
On my 2016 F150 the safety chain connection points are MUCH lower. So the chains don't have enough play to work properly. I attached them directly to my truck (and left them there) and then attached safety chains to them. Their length provides enough slack for the chains to function properly.
