I'm 5ft 4in male, size 130 and shoe size 7. The small short model is the first one that really fits. We have 20-30 Firm and they are VERY uncomfortable on the feet at first. There were red sores on the outside of the foot near the toes. I looked at the fabric, INSIDE felt rough. Other brands had rough material on the outside. Now I wear them inside out and they are NOW perfectly comfortable. Manufacturing defect or bad design? I don't care what they look like, what matters is how comfortable they are!
