So cool! They are thicker and stronger than regular balloons. Something like a thin beach ball. They cannot be blown up with the mouth. You will need a hand pump or an electric balloon pump. Filling is a little tricky as the bottle opening is wide and doesn't enclose the pump. However, the wide opening is great for pouring in confetti. I filled them with gold mylar confetti. I had a hard time finding a place that would fill them with helium. Most party venues refused to fill them because of the metal confetti. Unfortunately, at one point $6.99 was agreed for a helium tank. The confetti didn't stick to the sides as it was difficult to generate static electricity with these balloons. Paper confetti would be better for this. I also recommend filling smaller than recommended balloons, especially with helium. The helium location burst 4 balloons which were inflated to a full 22 inches. Thank god I had an extra. Overall I am very happy with how transparent and durable these balloons are. You had a huge impact on my event.
