I'm being honest. This is my first device test. I was hesitant to order a certified refurbished phone. Especially since it's a phone. Flesh and bones of everyday life and communication. However, when the phone was received, everything was in a white uniform box. Nothing special and nothing damaged at all. Simple and efficient packaging. The phone works great and no one can tell it isn't 'brand new'. Absolutely no scratches or signs that another person has touched it. Product 10/10 and you save $100 in the repair process! I'm switching from an iPhone 6 to this S9 on ATnT. Just take out the SIM card and put in the s9 and you're good to go.
