These work fine. They weren't recognized as Arduino nano by the Arduino ide, but they work if you set the board to duemilanove and the serial port to ttyUSB0 in the ide on the Raspberry Pi (and possibly other Linux distributions). Also, if you are using a raspberry pi, you should download the official ide from arduino.cc instead of installing it via apt. The Arduino ide version for the Raspbian repository is incomplete. The headers are pre-soldered so I ordered them. They're great for mini breadboard projects. I've only tested two of the ten I've ordered so far, but haven't had any problems. And the price is right. I deducted a star because ide didn't recognize them as nano. Updated Review: I was able to update the bootloader on them and the IDE now recognizes them as Arduino Nanos. One of the 10 ordered is defective. It could just be a bad connection in the pre-soldered connectors. I haven't tried sending it back yet. I discovered this when I decided to update all bootloaders. 9 out of 10 still work better than other alternatives and I would probably still buy them knowing that 90% of them work and I don't have to solder any connections.
