Review on PHYHOO Mounted Cotton Polishing 2 35Mm by Jessie Ritchie

I love these buffs! They hold up better than the "fluffier" ones and I polish a few pieces (10+) before I have to replace them. And I get a high quality shine! I was asked if this wheel would fit on a conventional power drill. I have a Black and Decker household drill. yes it fits So I compared the efficiency of a wheel on a conventional drill with a wheel on a Dremel, which has a much higher RPM. I polished the left side of the bracelet using a Dremel and Jeweler's Rouge for about 20 seconds. On the right I used the wheel at Black and Decker, also with blush. I even buffed the left side for longer (at least 1 minute) to get a shine. nope I just can't get the speed it takes to polish. BUT the little wheel is ready for other decorations! Hope this helps answer all questions.
