Must have for Yamaha and for almost all winches. My advice on this is to "dry install" first to make sure nothing is in the way. I secured all my stuff and used what I believe were the front bolt holes and found that my 21 Yamaha Grizzly's frame and fairing got in the way. It was a simple fix, but exactly what could have been avoided. Although beautiful and strong.
