I use it mainly for work (home office) but also for general gaming. I have a cheap HP wired mouse that works great with it. HOWEVER, I would like to point out that the stitching around the edges snags my mouse cable a bit. This didn't cause me any problems, but if you have a wired mouse and need precision, be careful. . This mouse works very well with no issues or issues. If you are a regular computer user with no games, this mat may be too big for you. It takes up little space. Otherwise I'm happy with the quality and that it stays in place.
