Aside from the elastic being a little stiff, this wallet is great. In fact, I'd rather have a wallet that had items harder to pull out of, so there was less chance of something falling out. As far as I can tell, it's real carbon fiber. I can't bend it at all. It has all the features of the Ridge, except for the notch on the side that makes card insertion a bit easier, but without it it really doesn't matter. Worth every penny. I've dropped it, carried it in my pocket with keys, accidentally kicked it on the pavement floor and not a single scratch. I like the shiny carbon fiber over the matte CF Ridge. I've never personally owned a Ridge, but I've seen them in person. I think this one is better in many ways. A very nice purse. 5 Stars. Get one - you won't regret it!
