The piston on this thing is very weak. Sitting in it will lose you 3 to 4 inches of height. I weigh 200 pounds and as you can see in the video attached to this review I could use 15 pounds. (Okay, ok. 20 pounds). However, I assumed this would be used by multiple operators on a given machine. Nobody can use it because the gas spring makes it unstable like you are on a trampoline. Honestly it rolls well and the seat is comfortable. Maybe this would be a great rocking chair for babies. Bad office chair. I don't have time to play around with the return but thought I'd try to save everyone else time by writing this review. For your health!
