Memory works great, no issues and good performance at a good price. Very happy with this purchase. My research has resulted in conflicting opinions on the successful upgrade of my Dell Inspiron 580 processor, an Intel i3-540, currently from 8GB DDR3 SDRAM @ 1333MHz - (4 x 2)GB to 16GB (4 x 4)GB. The current SDRAM was the maximum capacity installed from the factory. In addition, my research has shown that it is important that the CPU speed (1333 MHz) matches the data processing speed. showed 8 GB installed memory and after upgrade it showed installed memory (RAM) at 16.0 GB (15.9 GB available).
