Hair gets stuck in this fan

I work in 111 to 120 degree weather here in Vegas. So when I first bought it I thought it was a good idea and a good item, but after a while it doesn't work as I thought and wanted. . It works well and only cools me when I'm inside, it blows hot air when I'm outside and if you're a person like me with long hair. You can forget about getting your hair cut at the salon because this fan WILL BLOW YOUR HAIR RIGHT! and get tangled and stuck in the blades. SMS
