I'd give this a 5 if I could understand the deal. There are times when it works well, and when it does, it does its job perfectly. Excellent work. The problem is that it only eats batteries. I can finish a session at full power, but sometimes, not every time I turn it on after a week, it's very easy to stop it on the go, like using old worn out batteries. Can't be left 'on' but seems like something other than normal use is draining the batteries of both devices I've had. The first one lasted a very long time until one day I dropped it quite violently. Spring. Still cheaper than going to the salon every few weeks.
