I was impressed with the speed of delivery. I took off my old, old bag and noticed how attached it was. The old sack had a big hole in the bottom, kicking up dust everywhere. I carefully installed this pocket, making sure to press it firmly. I tried opening the hole to make it easier to slide. It would be nice if the instructions showed how to enlarge the hole. After the installation I started vacuuming, two days later I noticed that the dust was blowing everywhere again. I opened the compartment of the bag and saw the dirt again, picked up the bag and saw a large hole in the bottom of the bag. I can't figure out why the long gap, he didn't reach the attachment point. I didn't want to try another bag so I immediately sent it back. The return was prompt. My score "three" - for bag failure. I would give 5 for the response time. I can't find the bags anywhere else so I'm trying again.
