Great idea, good workmanship but imperfect design
Got this one Bought belt because it is a classic take on a slip tape belt. The buckle is solid and well made, and the mechanism on the inside of the buckle that is used to lock the ratchet to the inside of the belt seems like an ingenious way of keeping the belt in place. Unfortunately a design flaw. The latch mechanism on the inside of the buckle will not fit the latches on the inside of the belt, rendering the belt unusable.

- RATCHET - A new and practical slide lock design that is very easy to operate by releasing the lever to tighten and loosen the strap. With 1/4" fine adjustment in 32 small increments at the bottom of the strap, 8" total adjustment as "one size fits all", no longer limited to a few holes, only 1 inch increments
