I have two problems with this. First, the instructions are useless. Absolutely useless. I wrapped many of my ankles with a regular elastic bandage. So I know the basics. Since they are unisex, they must be made for a large foot. And of course it is a dense material. My shoe size is women's 7 and it has too much material so it bunches up and protrudes and is generally uncomfortable. And it rotates at a strange angle.
