Good price, works as described. Installed in a residential building, connected to a 12V DC bus that varies between 12.6 and 14.8 depending on the state of charge. Requires 12.0VDC +/- 0.2VDC to power the internet access point. When adjusting, adjust the voltage with no load connected. Connect the load, and then make fine adjustments. Comment: Other reviewers who complain about the poor quality of the potentiometer should be unaware that this unit uses a 20-turn potentiometer to ensure tuning accuracy and stability.
