I purchased this antenna which I believe is a collinear dueling 5/8 wave ground antenna. It was intended to replace the single 5/8 wave ground antenna tuned to the center of the aircraft's communications range. I extrapolated from the tuning table that it would be 130MHz since the table only went down to 135MHz. I only use it for receiving, so I couldn't use the SWR to tune. Once it worked clearly better than the exchanged antenna. It was a surprise to me how long the whole system is, but I think I should have imagined the size in my head. Nothing, there is a lot of space in the sky!
