I purchased this item along with a Müller knee pad to try. I have kneecap pain and instability and both products seemed to be designed to help with my issue. I'm keeping the Mueller bandage, but I'm returning this one. I see a lot of 5 star reviews on this item but I found this one quite uncomfortable when snug enough to help. For reference, I'm a female, 5ft 1in and 112#, so I'm neither fat nor thin. Even if I bend my knee a little, the top and bottom of the brace dig into my skin. I should have known it was like that. since the track is so short overall. A longer brace works much better. A good brace should be comfortable, provide support, and allow the knee to bend. , in my experience I find their products inferior.
