A must have accessory for a CI calculator

I bought my CI 4065 (Construction Master Pro) a few years ago and while nothing in life is perfect I LOVE this tool and always have it by my side in my metal and wood shops (wish they would make a special version of the Machinist!). However, I always hated the cover design. It protects the calculator well, but is difficult to remove and use for its intended purpose. The design appears to have been an afterthought and a poor attempt to protect the investment without actually spending money on the feature. When the Armadillo case caught my attention, I searched the internet and found mixed reviews. However, I liked the idea of an integrated protection system that does not require removal and the possible loss of a second part. Fast forward to the day she shows up. I found installation to be easy but difficult, at least with the 4065 (and I'm sure any other CI product with the same form factor). Perfect Fit With one hand, the lid opens with your thumb, the lid folds over and conforms to the back, and the device can be operated FAST with one hand. The body provides a secure hold, doesn't rattle - in short, the two parts fit together as I had hoped and expected. The case itself feels solid, sturdy, and stands up to abuse (no, it's not waterproof). Only two complaints so far: 1) There is no access to the cheat sheet "book" hidden on the back of the calculator case. Believe me, once you put the calculator in your pocket, you won't want to accidentally remove it. 2) The suitcase should be offered with a pocket calculator as standard equipment. Customers willing to shell out cash for a high-end dedicated machine like this won't mind spending a few bucks more for the convenience and security this case offers while protecting their investment.
