I placed an order with Softline to purchase an iPhone to take with me. The phone was broken when it was delivered. Didn't even turn on. When I plug it in to charge, an apple icon appears. And that is the end of the story. The phone has been connected to the network and charging for close to a day now. On the other hand, nothing has changed. Softline assistance avoids calling customers and does not answer the phone even though they are aware of the issue. I take! Check sellers, be so considerate. The ambiance cannot be salvaged. And for the amount of money involved. You should get your money back within the first month! And at this point, you should go fill out the paperwork and mail off the items. This particular marketplace is not one that I would endorse. They are not a source of delight but rather of frustration and problems.
