Strange use in lighters
This looks exactly like another arc lighter I have. Even if it works completely differently. You have to press the power button and then slide your finger over the indicators that show the battery level. It turns on for a period of time and then blocks. Turn it off and on again to use it again. It's impossible to stop the arc unless you turn it off (or wait for it to lockout) after it starts.
