Hello, I have purchased several DMT products and was very satisfied until I purchased this product. To be honest, this is the worst time of any DMT product. I'm not sure these stones go through a quality control process at all. The big/small stone was glued far enough away from the square that the plastic handles didn't close completely. So I requested a replacement set and just received it. Just got the same problem. DMT you really need to up your game with this kit. The funny thing is that xfine/xxfine were perfect in both kits so I know the factory can make quality products but the quality control leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted DMT regarding this and they told me to send them pictures and they might know something about it. So I go to the contact information on their website and try to email them. Well for some reason it says I'm not authorized to send you anything through your contact page. Not impressed with their customer service.
