I bought this to use with our RV. The clutch does what it's supposed to and is easy to fit and assemble. No complaints and I would recommend. there was support from Camco/Eaz Lift. My package arrived damaged and with missing parts. The trailer hitch was not damaged, only the box was torn open. I don't know what UPS was thinking even leaving it at my house. huge shipping cost to send back for a replacement, just called camco. Although the product was shipped from a supplier who should have been responsible for the damage, Camco was very accommodating and apologetic and provided me with replacement parts quickly and free of charge. This is the company that gets my repeat orders.
