These biker shorts are very cute and appear to be of normal quality. But they are a bit small. My little girl is 18 months old but petite and according to the size chart she should be 18 months because she weighs not even 22 pounds but is 30 inches tall. She usually wears a size 12 or 12-18. They fit her but are a bit tight at the waist and don't leave much room for growth, which isn't usually a problem with any of her outfits. Her things seem a bit baggy to her. I wish she could wear them all summer so I'll probably be back for a size up.
