"Used electronics are no good "

I wanted to replace my inverter with a newer one, so I chose GoPower because it has great features. When this arrived it was evident from the screw mark on the mounting flange that it had been previously used. After I installed it, only the flashing light worked, there was no AC power. It was installed correctly and the pin switches were installed correctly. I think the inverter is good, but whoever had one before me might have had some issues. Another good thing about GoPower is that they have US based tech support.
