WORST PHONE EVER! My 4 year old J7 was much better. The menu is difficult to use and no longer logical. Even the simplest settings cannot be found. I've had this phone for a month now and I don't know any more about it than the day I activated it. The instruction manual couldn't be more vague and utterly useless. And just try to get help from Samsung. That does not happen! This is the worst cell phone I've ever bought. It got me thinking about all my Samsung electronics and home appliance purchases. Time to find a new brand!
