When buying for a Honda XR250r, XR400r or XR600r make sure the wheel with the measurement mark is facing the side of the sprocket otherwise as mentioned here you will notice the spokes bending when tightening. There are also two spoke sizes for the Honda XR, the larger spoke is on the sprocket side, the shorter on the brake side.
