My experience with this product was not very good. The adhesive adheres to the liner, not the protective pad itself. If you attempt to remove the backing from the adhesive, the backing and adhesive will be removed as a unit. If you look closely at the attached picture you will see that the adhesive mesh is sticking to the liner and NOT the protective pad. This means you have to find another way to attach the protective pad to the wall. I used double sided tape and doubled the tape. The backing pad material itself is good, but the combination of adhesive and backing doesn't work.
