First I realize I'm paying for Prime's 'free' shipping in the price but $9 for 10 meters of plastic chain - what they probably cost $0.10/yard is a bit of a sting to be generous. Second, they didn't even include ONE plug, but in their "Frequently Bought With" they suggested buying 5 of these (separately!) for about $10 or so. just as outrageous. So they sent me this "chain loop" that it should. NOT loop? Without a connector, it's just a chain, folks. :/ THIRD, they didn't even send the full 10 yards! The chain was about 26 feet long. it's not even 30 feet, for those of us who look at the item description and scratch our heads. As for its redeeming qualities, I will say that it is black as described and the size of the beads has been accurately indicated. Even after using it a few times (with the ends hanging loose, unconnected and pointless) to raise and lower my light roller shutter, it didn't break. That's it. Stop painting the white circuit connector with a black marker—or would nail polish be smarter? 👋🏽
