They have some great people that work there who are very experienced in this field which is pretty incredible considering how young they all seem to be! The client service aspect leaves much room for improvement though- their team often does not get back with you when your questions come up or emails aren't responded to at an appropriate time (especially within 24 hours).
We had just started our internship/cohort program but we worked with them closely while it was happening so I can say we dealt mostly with other members from different teams than mine throughout my experience with CSM's Legal Affairs Group. This allowed me to really understand what went into working here vs any "outsider" perspective one might try to develop through word of mouth alone without knowing anything about CSM first hand.
