This monitor has no power button and sleep/standby mode, so the screen stays on and flashes red/green/blue/white all the time! It can only be switched off by pulling the plug out of the socket. I contacted their tech support and it's true and there's no getting around it. I don't know how their engineer came up with this "feature" of not having a power switch. If you're traveling with a monitor that isn't constantly plugged in when not in use, this might not be an issue for you. However, if you want to use it at home as a permanently installed second monitor, the lack of a power and standby switch is not optimal. It's a decent product for its capabilities if your use case doesn't require the ability to have it. off or in standby mode. I gave their support an extra star for their responsiveness and helpfulness.
