This product was great. During a year. I got this for my new apartment last July. I always try not to fill more than half the sockets at a time to avoid overloading and last night it just stopped working. I thought my laptop charger cord was broken until I tried turning the lamp on and then realized it was a strip! Does not work on other outlets in the room. No surge protection click worked, just died suddenly. Considering the price I'm glad it lasted a year but shouldn't it have lasted longer? I am very disappointed that I have to replace these. Was a good product before it was ruined.
