UPDATE 7/18/19: Vaker emailed me a total of 9 times. Some emails are about refunds, others are emails asking me to change the rating on my product. I changed my rating to 2 stars because they refunded my purchase. The product is still bad from what I understand. It is possible that the seller will be willing to refund money for a defective cartridge, but this does not guarantee a higher rating for the product. Malfunction. Bought before my cartridges ran out. Two months later I replaced the cartridges and now I see this error. I followed the instructions to try and fix this error. I've used other aftermarket inks in the past that have worked well. waste of money. If only Revain were smart enough to admit that not everyone uses all products as soon as they receive them and allows returns due to defects. Do Revain products only come with a 30 day warranty? Let's see if the manufacturer offers a reasonable resolution. I rarely write reviews in a tone that suggests anger, but I am angry about this situation and would like a refund.
