I'm 6ft 2in and 166lbs, I bought a medium size and it fits me, I wore it for a couple of runs the first week to get used to it and after that 50,000 runs last week, here's what I think of this trisuit: Running: Comfortable, never itchy, never chafed, not too tight (or loose), great arm movement, HOT in it (I live in a tropical country so this might help for those of you who live in places where temperatures don't typically reach 90 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you should be fine) and the suede is barely noticeable. I will update this review when I swim and ride.
