Good buy, good quality.

Good fit and finish. It produces a lot of smoke for such a small device. The internal compressor works powerfully, and apparently this device has protection against overheating and so on. Technically, a flow meter would be a good advertisement for diagnostic purposes. I would pay more to have a blow molded case that fits everything.
