. Bought this for my Irish Wolfhound's evening outings. I worried that his glowing collars were illuminating his neck too brightly. He's wearing a walking harness, so I just attached it to his chest, at the lowest point under his arms. I tuck one under my shoulder strap and it stays in place. Works perfectly! As its fur color fades in the dark, it affects its visibility, although people don't quite understand *that* the glowing creature is crossing the road :) This could very well work for your goat or little pony too!
