Back Office Suite - Great tool that makes organization of work easier
I like how easy it was to learn, all my data are organized by date/ time so i can easily see what has been done recently! It's not very user friendly for someone who doesn't know much about computers but if you do have some basic computer knowledge then this program will be great because everything seems simple enough even though there may seem many options at first glance. The only thing would improve upon is maybe adding more categories within each sub category under Reporting? Also sometimes when trying to search something specific (such as searching through multiple different departments)it takes quite awhile before anything shows up which could possibly take away from your productivity level while using back office suite. This helps me organize our daily activities better than any other system we've tried out previously.
- How well connected information flows together with ease between one another once an employee does enter things into their department page in BOS they tend always flow downwards or upwards depending where needed; thus making employees able easier access important documents that need urgent attention without having too go over several pages just looking around hoping its posted somewhere else
- Almost everything is ok
