The packaging for the product was great. I tested it on my laptop and the screen is of pretty good quality for the price. The product is also backed by excellent customer support. One of customer service; Jolyne was really helpful and was able to solve an issue I had while setting up the product with my Nintendo Switch and phone in a timely manner. While the monitor lid/stand design is quite complex and feels wobbly at first, you will find that the stand is nice and solid once you get used to it. In general a good buy =)
