Stylish chair but questionable durability

A chair can feel stiff without padding underneath. Very stylish chair, but I doubt the durability. I hear a click/pop every time I shift my weight on the chair. When I put it back together I made sure all the screws were tight and after a few weeks someone loosened the screws. I tightened it to see if it eliminates the noise but it's still coming.
