There are several things I like about this hair remover. At first, getting started was easy. I was able to easily replace the heads on the product. The electricity was there and didn't need to be charged. So I immediately started practicing how best to use it. Second, I love that it has an eyebrow head. It catches those hairs well without pulling them out. And third, the shape and design are really good. I like to keep it where I can see it and I like the way it feels in my hand. So I'm a very happy customer!
