Based on YouTube reviews this is the best choice. Very easy to install and equipped with many extras to help you change cable lengths and pins. My Synology was easy to disassemble and put back together. They connected to the 4 pin connector as they should and booted for the first time. They are also adjusted based on the temperature profile set on Synology. In "Quiet Mode" they are barely audible and get louder at lower settings.
