Regardless of the activity, it's worth it!

This tape is wonderful. Last week I was at Lake Caribou in the Trinity Alps. I was starting to feel the irritaria on my thumbs from the trekking poles so I put on some duct tape. I also felt a blister forming on the pinky toe of my right foot, so I put duct tape on it. The tape stayed in all three places throughout the trip! These are hiking 11 miles a day, swimming in cold alpine lakes, putting on tons of sunscreen every hour and a half, sweating, climbing and falling in rocky fields. I was totally amazed that the tape is so strong and protective. It was only removed after I returned from the campsite and decided to remove it. Another amazing event for the band happened 2 weeks ago. I was driving on the road and cut my thumb (where it connects to the palm) when I lifted the bag by the buckle. The cut started to burn while climbing as I was pulling quite a bit. I stuck on a piece of this tape and it stayed there for the duration of the contact. Which is surprising, as I've put it on sharp and strong rocks, sweated and refilled chalk constantly. The tape was more elastic than my calloused skin. From now on I use this material over the white climbing tape. I even prefer duct tape to band-aids. I put some gauze over it, or use the backing of the tape as "gauze" for small cuts, and then tape the tape on. This material is very hard. Now I never go outside without her. I cannot recommend this product enough!
